T'ai Chi is one of the only approaches to wellness that assists in keeping your body healthy, strong, and flexible while simultaneously providing mental clarity and self defense skills. My goal is to teach you how to practice tai chi in accordance with basic principles of the Yang style. This allows you to choose your priorities - health, meditation and/or self defense.
